Yes: There are some new products out on the market that can lessen the "decalcification" marks on teeth following braces. Btw, most of these decalcification marks are patient conceived. Drinking to much soda, too much sugary drinks, bad oral hygience, etc.. The general dentist can also use cosmetic bonding to blend the white spots to the natural tooth structure.

Maybe: The jury is still out with regards to products that claim to re-calcify the enamel (i for one do not think it works well). If the decalcification is very shallow it can be polished out, but this means removal of surface enamel. Bleaching can help reduce the color changes, but only up to certain point, and of course restorative dentistry i.e. Bonding, veneering etc can correct the problem.
