Ortho consult: See an orthodontist to see what can be done, when should it be done, and what is the best method to have have your teeth straightened. An orthodontist who can actually examine you, will be the best (and only one) who should answer that question.

Maybe: There are too many issues to explore in your situation. An examination with a licensed orthodontic specialist is your best way to find out the appropriate treatment for you.

Depends: See an orthodontist do determine if invisalign is a good option in your case. The roots of baby teeth may shorten or dissolve away when being orthodontically moved. That is possible when using traditional braces or invisalign.

Why baby teeth?: Why are baby teeth still present? Are you congenitally missing 10 permanent teeth? Please have full evaluation done by a qualified orthodontic specialist. Know that clear aligners were designed to camouflage minor irregularities. You have a major malocclusion. If you had a broken leg that required a cast, wrapping in Saran wrap would not be very effective.

Yes: Yes you can. However at your age you really need a comprehensive plan detailing what should be done with your deciduous teeth and their spacing. It is unlikely that they will last for the rest of your life, they were not built for this. A clear path can be made for you by a prosthodontist many scenarios can be predicted and prevented. Implants will probably be your best solution.

Yes: If it is for an adult with baby teeth and no permanent teeth under them... Make sure the baby teeth are not loose. If it is for a child, loosing baby teeth...Two phase will be needed and the orthodontist would need a scanner in his office.

Get them out!: if you are 44 and still have 10 baby teeth, you have much bigger issues than invisalign can solve. run, don't walk to a dentist or orthodontist to address!

No you can't: They are not designed to treat patients with mixed dentition. Check with your orthodontist for a phase one option. Good luck.
