Relax!: If you truly have glaucoma the the goal is to lower the pressure to a point where damage stops. This requires baseline studies and monitoring. Over 90% of the people with glaucoma can be stabilized and controlled with drops or a simple laser.

Treatments are good: Treatment for glaucoma today by medications, laser or surgery is very good and routinely successful and i would not stress out about it. I myself take drops for high eye pressure.
