Prob Personal Issues: Could be example of tachyphylaxis; not likely. Humans trials of serotonin reuptake inhibitors; typically many weeks til much response compared to placebo. Placebo does not mean “fake”. It means how behavior changes (without agent being tested) while people on treatment & they do verifiably change. Placebo reflects mind control-always biggest issue. Best trails always compare agents to placebo.
