Desipramine : Actually, desipramine may be a better choice - if the goal is to assess the response to norepinephrine reputake inhibition. Desipramine is more potent at NE reputake inhibition than serotonin reputake inhibition. P.S. - don't underestimate the value of good psychotherapy.
