Possibly: Sores in the mouth could be from a viral infection , a burn, trauma , or vitamin deficiency. I would discuss this with your primary provider who diagnosed your anemia , to further understand why you are anemic in the first place.

Oral lesions: This could be related, however it would be best to have your dentist see the lesions while still present. Oral sores can have many different causes. Immune system being down, trauma , burn, chemical sensitivity, vitamine deficiency, plus other things. Call soon while it can be evaluated and possibly a biopsy be done if not gone in 7-10 days.
