Past few days ive been tired and been drinking more and going to the bathroom at night my mouth feels dry and weird makes me wanna drink could this be because my periods starting next week or low iron again?

Tiredness, drinking a lot (polydipsia) and voiding a lot (polyuria) with dry mouth may warrant high blood sugar so you should have your blood sugar check or at least a urine dipstick test for the presence of sugar in your urine. I am not sure your symptoms are due to low iron or premenstrual symptoms unless you have experiences these sx in the past. Good luck.
