Anemia and sores: For the sores would recommend seeing a dermatologist to see what is causing the sores. Based on the diagnosis they can tell you whether it can be cured or not. For the iron deficiency anemia, again the cause is important. In females your age it is usually related to blood loss, if not other causes need to be evaluated. Please see your primary care to get further tests done and treat accordingly.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Take oral iron and multivitamins for iron deficiency but that is not a likely explanation for sores. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
