I have a lot of canker sore recently, continuously for the past 2 months and sometimes i have up to 10 small sores. it also appear mostly on my tongue. i haven't changed my diet or my toothpaste . how can i stop this? i took iron tab for 1 month now

"Canker sores": Please see your Dentist to determine cause of your lesions. Treatment is dependent on cause. What you have may or may not be canker sores.
