Nasal Polyp: You could have a nasal polyp that is acting like a punching bag in your nasal cavity. Some people have allergies, Aspirin sensivity, or some other condition that causes nasal polyps for form. These can be intrusive in that they obstruct the airway, but may also completely disappear at other times. The treatment is spraying daily nasal steroids or if your condition is severe, excision by an ent.

Swollen...: Adenoid or uvual, the little things that hangs off your palate in the back of your throat. If you had a cold, these tissues can swell up alot. Then, dpending on your position and air flow through the area, tey are slightly mobile and can give you the feeling you describe. May help to gargle with salt water if uvula is swollen, and ensure lots of humiditiy in environment ot prevent more irritation.
