Got results of lft test, alt elevated at 130, previously 19. bilirubin slightly up, all others normal. not overweight, no alcohol/meds. any ideas?

Liver enzymes: Elevated alt indicates some degree of liver cellular inflammation. Since you are not on meds or alcohol, i would suggest checking your blood for viruses like hepatitis c, ebv, cmv. Also check an iron panel and get an ultrasound of your abdomen.
