BP normally fluctuat: BP is expected to go up and down all day...It is normal. But it should stay in the normal range. This means an upper value(systolic) to be between 100 to 130mm and lower reading(diastolic) to be between 70-80mm. If the BP is getting past 140/85, then you are likely to be needing medication for high BP from your doctor. Any readings above 140/90 are indications for starting medication.

Bp: Assuming the blood pressure runs high, it should be treated by salt avoidance, good diet and exercise. We have a lot of medications to choose to help stabilize it but you need to talk to your doctor. I assume it doesn't oscillate to the low end.
