Could blood pressure have anything to do with physical science?

Uh, no, come again?: I'm not sure what you're asking. Blood pressure is based upon physical science. We understand that BP varies depending upon body position (which is governed by physical science) as well as (lack of) activity (again governed by physical science). Perhaps you could re-word your question? If you're asking if BP is affected by physical activity, then yes. We always measure at rest in sitting position.
