I have high blood pressure. i am 6 foot tall and 145 lbs. i usually take my bloodpressure a few times and average the number. why would my first resting reading be 118/77 then my second be 128/80. my mt nebivolol not working enough. maybe med change?

Most people have a lower BP with the second check than the first one by my experience. However, nervousness may cause a spike in blood pressure with the second one, especially if you note a higher pulse rate as well. In average, your systolic pressure is only mildly high 123 and diastolic pressure is still below 80 so I would not recommend a higher dose of nebivolol with those results.
