What do you advise if i'm on blood pressure meds. also people with normal blood pressure.how high can their numbers be at certain times?

Varies: If you are on meds and doing well stay on them and take them regularly It means they are working. BP varied through the day probably between 95 and 140 systolic for the average adult. People believe 120/70 is a solid number but it is not our BP changes minute by minute. Persons with high BP can at times get dangerously high with the diastolic ( lower #) going above 110 which increases risks
