Hello, i'm 37 and for last couple of weeks i've been suffering from spinning head couple of times a day. sometimes it was so strong that i had to sit down. my blood pressure is 112/76.

Positional vertigo: you are suffering from postional vertigo, something has caused minor damage to the balance apparatus behind your ear, giving false sensation of movement. if you haven't had a head injury, this is usually viral. Would talk to your doctor about course of steroids.
