This is probably nothing but my blood pressure keeps going down and down each time it's checked. i'm usually 112/80 but then it was 106/74, then 104/72, then the last time it was 80/54. i was laying down waiting for colonoscopy so i wasn't stressed.

You may also have: been moderately dehydrated from the diarrhea associated with the bowel prep for your colposcopy. If you were not dizzy or lightheaded and did not pass out it will most likely return to normal when you return to normal oral intake and bowel activity. Like you assumed: "Probably nothing."
