Need control: You may well have consequences from your head injury, and your description is very suspicious for post-traumatic epilepsy. Am confused as to why this has not been treated to date, but perhaps you will require further confirmation, such as an ambulatory eeg. See a neurologist asap, avoid driving, activites at heights, use of power equipment until this is under control. Good luck.

Get more work-up: Although you may have had a work-up when you were first in the hospital, your specialist may want another set of studies. In particular, a ct or MRI scan of the brain is useful to ensure that there are no structural lesions such as a subdural blood clot or hydrocephalus. Another eeg might be useful if yourr symptoms are getting worse.
