A member asked:

Would the weight of a laptop falling over on it's side be enough to give someone a concussion? can't tell if i had one or if i am just overly anxious.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly : A concussion typically causes feeling dazed, headaches, impaired balance and slowed thinking. The weight of an object is not the only variable. It depends on whether it just impacted your head/skull, or if it actually "jolted" your brain to the point of experiencing brain symptoms . Monitor to see if you have the above symptoms. If yes, then avoid mental and physical strain and seek medical care.
