Depends: If you can reduce the oxygen and blood oxygen levels remain normal that is a good sign. Exercise is always helpful. If not smoking, no alcohol, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, taking vit d3, getting a good night sleep, then gentle movements with some resistance on the out breathe would be very helpful for getting off. Pulmonary rehab could help you develop some good routines to do at home.
