Weight loss: Weight loss is ultimately lifestyle change. Less calories and the type of calories can make a dramatic difference. “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.” How and what we eat and how mindful we eat are all relevant. Impulsive eating of sugar and fat will make you impulsive and fat.
