Be positive and : Learn to eat less and exercise more in a healthy fashion you can continue the rest of your life. Set short-term goals and don't try to do it all at once because it doesn't work. Expect plateaus and occasional set-backs. Don't weigh yourself more than once/week. Drink lots of water. Join a program like weight watchers for support. Think about how much healthier u will be and better u will feel.
