Too risky: This drug can only be safely used in a controlled environment like a hospital or operating room.

Not for long term: This won't work in the long term. You need good therapy, and a long term medication that does not involve benzodiazepines-- such as ssris.

Normal for doctors to try multiple benzos anti depressants if one or the other does not work. Really awfull side effects and even hallucinations. ?
