Orchiectomy : Without further details of your medical history and the festivals of your "regular work life, " it is hard to say whether the pain is connected to the surgery and the original problem. Was it a tumor? You are less than 6 mos out from your surgery, so it is best to check with your urologist/ oncologist to make sure everything is ok.
