Carb free: It is exactly the opposite of what most people are used to, but starting the day with a high protein, zero carbohydrate breakfast makes it much easier to control your appetite and therefore your weight all day. Any carbs at all causes release of Insulin and by lunchtime your blood sugar will be lower than it was at breakfast, making you hungrier and more likely to overeat--so why have it?
