Depends: It depends on what kind of throat cancer, the stage of the cancer, the hpv status if this is a mouth cancer, whether you are a smoker or not, what kind of therapy did you receive etc. The earlier the stage the better your life expectancy would be. The prognosis of hpv + associated mouth cancer , non smoker-would be better than hpv negative mouth cancer who smokes and drink alcohol. D/w with md.

Highly variable: Some cases can be totally cured & others may be fatal within months- it depends on the type of throat cancer, how extensive it is, if it's spread, the type of treatment & the patient's overall health. Adding nutritional supplements & herbs to conventional treatment is very likely to improve the outcome! see http://www.Cancercompass.Com/cancer-guide/complementary-therapies/dietary-supplements.Html.
