Yes: Horse or sore throat and fatigue can all be Mitomycin side effects. Vesicare (solifenacin) can give you a dry mouth and make u thirsty.

Likely: Systemic side effects should diminish within weeks following your last treatment. It is also possible that the vesicare (solifenacin) is causing some of the hoarseness as it definitely decreases saliva production and causes dry mouth and throat.
