Low-fat diet: Fatty foods are generally the ones that stimulate your gallbladder to contract. It is that contraction that can lead to gallbladder pain. Bloating can be indicative of gas production either from lactose intolerance or a high fiber diet. Try using lactose free dairy prodcuts, or something like beano when having foods with fiber (fruits, vegetables, grains).
