Irritated Chin: Without further description or a visual, it is hard to say. An allergic reaction is possible, but so are a variety of skin lesions that also fit your description. It is unusual for a food allergy to affect only the chin. A contact dermatitis from a skin creme or other cosmetic you use must be high on the list. I would try a round of cortisone creme, but see your dermatologist if it doesn't clear.
