Hypokinesis: An exercise echocardiogram could show whether the wall motion in the septum changes with exercise implying the muscle needs more blood flow. A nuclear perfusion study could show the rest and exercise blood flow to the area as well as other parts of the heart. A ct angiogram could show the vessels to the area. Best to discuss with your dr. There are lots of options.

May be conduction dz: Wall motion reflects more than coronary disease. Abnormal contraction of the heart muscle may occur because of weak muscle (myopathy), poor circulation (ischemia) or abnormal electrical activation of the muscle (bundle branch block). First question is, "if no symptoms, why was echo done?" possibilities include abnormal testing, high risk factors, or family history. This will guide other tests.
