A member asked:

What test is more reliable to find a coronary fistula, echo, ct scan angiography or catheterism? thanks

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Catheterization: Hi Oscar! A heart catheterization will find it every time. It's the gold standard. CT angio likely will but can be fooled if there are calcifications which obscure the view. Echo has a low sensitivity but occasionally may discover one.
