Myocardial ischemia: Ischemia in a 36 year old is serious. Have you seen a cardiologist? What kind of stress test did you have done? Do you have chest pain?

Abnormal Stress Test: This test suggests abnormal blood supply to the heart itself and requires follow up with your cardiologist and additional testing at the minimum.

Probably normal: Basal ischemia and apical thinning are commonly seen in nuclear imaging in the absence of any heart disease or coronary blockage . Unless accompanied by other findings such as wall motion abnormalities,such findings do not warrant further study
