A member asked:

Is there a reliable non invasive test to rule out coronary vasospasm or bridging instead of a coronary angiography?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There are medications that can provoke coronary vasospasm but this test has to be done safely during a cardiac catheterization. I don't think you can document presence of coronary artery bridging without an invasive coronary ultrasound or a coronary angiogram.
