Not due to RCT, but.: I don't see any relationship between having rct performed and alt \ ast levels. Having said that, there may be a relationship between your medical conditions, if any, along with any medications that you are taking. If you are concerned, speak to your dentist and physician for a more detailed answer as they both have more information on you available to them.

No: The procedure itself would not cause a rise in these lab values. Although, if you were taking large amounts of pain medications that may affect your lab tests.
