Educate yourself: Any new medications, even ibuprofen? Your physician will want to rule in/out hepatitis b ; c, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, wilson's (don't miss that), autitrypsin deficiency, a mild case of hepatitis a / CMV / infectious mono; a few others. If it does turn out to be nash, your best rx will be aerobic fitness.
