Breast cancer: Absolutely physical therapy can help with scar tissue. We refer patient for therapy to improve range of motion in previous areas of surgery. In some instances scarring is addressed when i perform other surgeries like nipple reconstruction. If there is a specific area of concern then i will fat graft that area after releasing the scar through a very small needle stick.
