Many things: You can diet and exercise. Count calories and make sure you burn more calories than you consume. The more important question would be whether certain things is safe to do. There are many other things to do to lose weight, but a lot of them are not healthy or recommended. There are surgical options. Medications and aids as well, but i would have a long discussion with a physician.
