Weight loss: Trying to lose weight rapidly is not a good idea, try to exercise aerobically for 40 minutes four times a week in your target zone and life weights for your upper body as least twice a week. Keep your diet focused on plant proteins and avoid simple carbohydrates and you will likely lose weight in a healthy way.

Would slow that down: Your goal weight loss rate is too steep to be healthy. Try setting goal for 1 up to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep & at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit /day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid soda, alcohol & junk carbs. Get mix of cardio & weight lifting exercises

Research shows......: A research study was done on ddr and other dance "games" including dance factory. Unfortunately, even 30 min, non-stop, every day did not show a health benefit after 6 straight week. Exercises like treadmill, bike and elliptical all showed significant benefits in fitness. Sad, but true.

Possibly DANGEROUS: S cordifolia contains Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) & pseudoephedrine. Both are stimulants like Cocaine or amphetamine. Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) has been banned in the us because it can cause cardiac or seizure problems. Pseudoephedrine is still sold otc in us but is a major component in the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine. Please consult with your doctor before using the extracts from this dangerous weed.

Low carb diet: I've found a low carb (no starch or sugar) ketogenic diet containing about 60+ grams is protein and below 40 grams of carbohydrate along with mild exercise the most effective for weight, fat and girth loss. If you get in mild ketosis which is fat burning state your hunger level will be very little.

Could i lose weight on just eating purely fruits and vegies?

Please don't do it: You can not only lose weight, you can ruin your health. This would be an extreme vegetarian diet and without supplementing, you'll become iron and b-12 deficient and probably also deplete yourself of calcium, vitamin d (unless you get plenty of sun exposure), iodine and some other essential nutrients. Why not hang out at the gym with friends who would get you into a fitness lifestyle instead?
