Weight loss: I like to tell my patients that if everyone lost weight and quit smoking I'd go out of business. Fortunately for me, they're both very hard to do. Daily aerobic exercise coupled with a 1300 calorie per day diet will get you about 1kg of weight loss per week. There are some safe diet pills that can speed that up a touch but you should discuss the risk: benefit with your doctor.
