What are symptoms: Thirty something female who self-diagnoses "uti" has fool for doctor. Doctors need to know symptoms & then they diagnose. Uti symptoms usually burning & frequency. Urine culture can discern. Frequency related to menses explained by "relaxin" hormone secreted at this time in women with joint hypermobility syndrome (see brighton criteria). As pelvic girdle relaxes bladder stimulated to contracture.
