Odor control: An evaluation with your doc, followed by medical and possible surgical intervention for the anal/rectal problems will likely be of some help in odor control. Diet change, particularly lower fats, lactose and gluten filled carbohydrates, may also help with odor. Increasing local care with daily to twice daily shower, hairdryer the area will also help with odor. Good luck.
