Odors are a function: Of the foods you are eating and poor local hygeine. Another possibility is an infection due the fissure but you would have pretty bad pain and possible fever as well.

Odor control: An evaluation with your doc, followed by medical and possible surgical intervention for the anal/rectal problems will likely be of some help in odor control. Diet change, particularly lower fats, lactose and gluten filled carbohydrates, may also help with odor. Increasing local care with daily to twice daily shower, hairdryer the area will also help with odor. Good luck.

Seepage of stool: Fissures and Hemorrhoids can prevent the anus from sealing closed and allow some liquid stool to leak out. Answer: see you doctor to fix the problem. Many times fissures and hemorrhoids can be treated conservatively. If necessary surgery may be an option.
