More fiber: I suspect your diet is lacking in either protein or fiber. Protein has the highest satiety index (fullness) to fill you up. Raw fruits and veges have a high water and fiber content to help fill you up and sustained energy for hours after your meal. The ideal meal composition is 50% vegetables and fruits, 25% protein, and 25% healthy starch (whole grains).
