Endoscopy couple yrs ago all good with biopsy but gi consultant said i get inflammation from time to time so take ,for short time, lansoprazole or ranatidine ,what causes this?back on lansoprazole few weeks from acid vapour at night burping a lot too

Inflammation: If you're referring to recurrent gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining),symptoms can recur from dietary indiscretions, stress, alcohol, caffeine, certain medications like Advil,aspirin,Aleve and nicotine.
