Gp suggested step up and step down from lansoprazole 15mg taken them know for 8 weeks how best to taper off as i tried to stop fews days ago had extreme rebound symptoms worse than when i started them.endoscopy good 2 yrs ago consultant said reflux.

Reflux: If you or your treating physician are uncomfortable with you taking long-term ppi type medications you could switch to zantac or pepcid type medications as well as carefully following nonmedication instructions on minimizing reflux.
