I have gastritis, i t0ok antacid (kremil-s) and stil hurts. how much time do i have to wait to take my prescribed ppi (prevacid (lansoprazole) fdt) ?

No waiting: The ppi takes a week or two to build up in your system and work effectively. It won't work immediately like an an-acid does. Try a different an-acid like Pepcid ac or Zantac until the Protonix (pantoprazole) kicks is.
