Maybe none: Cbt, cognitive behavioral therapy may be your best bet. Some ssri type medications are shown to help and there are more potent meds that have sifnificant side effectsw that are used minimally. Ocd can be devastating to one's life and relationships. Couinselling and cbt are my best bets. Get seen by somone with an interest in this illness who is reputable and credentialled and seek other opinio.

Meds; psychotherapy: Get a full psychiatric evaluation to assess for PTSD symptoms, and see if medications are warranted. If so, typically anti-anxiety meds are indicated. Next, find a reputable psychotherapist nearby who specializes in PTSD. Generally speaking, meds and psychotherapy together are the best approach.
