some options: Access to mental health care continues to be limited despite "parity" laws. Low-cost or free care (meds or therapy for ocd) may be available thru your county mental health department. Some educational institutions have closely-supervised trainees providing care at low/no cost. Finally, some clinical research programs offer "treatment as usual" as an option - see clinicaltrials.Gov.
