Meds and CBT: Its hard to know exactly what you mean but many people experience anxiety as feeling out of sorts, weird or unreal. These are part of a dissociative continuum of significant anxiety. You might have to learn how to recognize and face your fears and anxiety using behavior therapy. Get an evaluation by a mental health professional.
