Yes: Obsessive compulsive disorder is effectively treated with commonly-used anti-anxiety medications such as ssris, which are first line. These include: fluvoxamine, fluoxetine, sertraline, and paroxetine. Clomipramine belongs to an older group called tcas and is also used for ocd. There are a number of other medications that can be added off-label to augment the effect of these medications if needed.
