Antidepressant: I strongly believe in talking to a therapist first and of course your doctor however if you have that diagnosis antidepressants like the group of ssris work zoloft (sertraline) has been shown to help with this as an example.

OCD: In addition to psychotherapy, antidepressant meds. Such as anafranil, Prozac & Luvox (fluvoxamine) seem to contain symptoms.

Paxil (paroxetine) or prozac: Many ssri medications r used for that condition , some prefer Prozac other prefer Paxil (paroxetine) , u can talk with u pcp and see which one suit u more...!
